When is the next Board of Directors' meeting and can I attend?

The Board of Directors meets the first Monday of each month with an alternate date on the third Monday. Meetings are usually held at the club house next to the pool at the OakLeaf Village amenity center or the ballroom next to the phase II pool. All members are welcome. Below you will find the proposed schedule for this year. For more details including the agenda and location of the next meeting click on the "Next Board Meeting" tab on this site. If the next meeting is not posted (i.e. the date shown has already passed) then the agenda has not been finalized, please refer to the annual schedule for the meeting date and we will post the notice here as soon as the agenda and location is finalized. Notices are also posted on the bulletin board by the pool. If registered on our website you will receive email updates of all meetings and any other important information from the Board.
